Appointment Types
Appointments for sessions are currently offered:
In person - office in downtown Campbell, CA
Via secure and private video conference
Via telephone call
Sessions are generally 55 minutes in length. We will decide the frequency together, often starting at 1x per week and then adjusting accordingly.
I am currently offering appointment times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Insurance
I am an Out-Of-Network provider with all insurance companies.
I can provide you with a superbill after our session if you would like to submit to your insurance company or Health Savings Account (HSA) for reimbursement at the Out-Of-Network rate specified by your plan.
I am happy to discuss the pros and cons of insurance reimbursement at our initial consultation.
Session Fees
Fees are $200 per session, or a package of 4 sessions for $750. Session fees include therapist time spent outside of sessions on documentation, research, and coordinating care if requested.
There are 2 options for fee payment:
Pay per session, due at each session.
(This option is great if you're trying therapy for the first time or aren't in a place to make a bigger financial commitment.)
Packages of 4 sessions at a discounted rate.
(This option is great if you feel comfortable with me and are in a place to make a larger financial commitment.)
Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.
There is limited availability for sliding-scale fees based on income and circumstance. Please email me if you'd like to be considered.
First Session and Beyond
Before our first appointment, we should have a free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss any questions you might have and to make sure I'm a good fit for you. If I'm not a good fit for whatever reason, I will try to provide referrals to other providers.
I will send you a few online forms to be completed at least 24 hours before your first appointment. This gives me time to review your information without wasting our valuable session time.
At our first session, we will review your history, any other experiences with therapy, and make sure we understand the things you consider important. Therapy works best when we both have a clear picture of your goals or vision of what you'd like to address. It's ok if you don't know this right away! We can work on it together. We will also figure out how often to meet depending on your needs and goals.
